E-Tailers Coordinator – Saiid Kobeisy Fashion House

• Provide solutions and satisfactory customer service to the clients

• Handle and process all orders/requests/returns coming from our e-store and our partnered e-tailors

• Ensure stock accuracy on our e-store and on our partners e-stores and update them on daily basis

• Coordinate with the other deps on delivery, stock availability and production

• Provide a weekly report related to products performance, suggested solutions to enhance sales and conversions

• Establish and maintain a constantly updated client database in a format that is compatible with the CRM software

• Audit our e-store functionality and performance on daily basis from landing page to checkout and payment

• Audit our partnered e-tailors’ stores on weekly basis to ensure that our products are all live

• To attend all training provided by our partnered e-tailors

• Handle the visual merchandise on our e-store

• Work closely with the warehouse coordinator on orders and returns processes on daily basis

• Arrange for product creation (product details, images etc.) on our e-store and our partnered e-tailors

• Arrange for product shoots on seasonal basis with our partnered e-tailors

• Monthly accounts’ and clients’ statements reconciliation with the accounting dep

• Place orders for production purposes based on pre-set priority list and follow up on the production status to ensure timely readiness of goods

• Communicate projected delivery dates to clients in coordination with logistics, production, and international sales

• Track and monitor orders status (production, logistics, etc.) & prepare and update tracking reports to e shared with the team

• Handle clients inquiries and attend to their complaints, handle them swiftly and professionally and escalate as and when needed.
