Job Summary:
The Front Office – Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of front office staff, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area.
Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service delivery
– Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
– Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Maintain and update records, information, and databases accurately
– Implement policies and procedures to enhance front office efficiency
– Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk area
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
– Customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
