Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties, including managing client records, property listings, and office documentation.
  • Support sales agents by organizing property listings, updating marketing materials, and assisting with client communications.
  • Coordinate with developers and clients for property documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate team meetings and site visits.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining up-to-date client reports and property listings for management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
