<p style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>The Director – Sales, is responsible for driving the growth and success of multiple sales divisions, including CNH sales, Passenger Vehicle sales, Yamaha Motorcycle sales and aftersales, Yamaha Outboard Motor sales and aftersales, and overseeing the yard operations for new unit sales. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the automotive and marine industries, market trends, and consumer behavior.</span></span></span></p>

<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.</span></span></span></li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>Manage the yard operations for new unit sales, ensuring efficient and effective processes to optimize sales performance.</span></span></span></li>

<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business/ Marketing/ Sales with a bachelor’s degree in engineering/ Automobile Engineering </span></span></span></li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>15 – 20 years of professional and industry experience with a minimum of 10 years proven success in a senior management role preferably in automotive industry.  </span></span></span></li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>Experience in an Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) but mostly with Retail Automotive/Dealership experience.</span></span></span></li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”><span style=”font-size:11.0pt”><span><span style=”font-family:Calibri, sans-serif”>Experience working with an Asian mass market automotive brand.</span></span></span></li>
