We are seeking a Sales Officer with experience in lead generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. While experience in the IT industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct outreach to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Sales & Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
- Product & Market Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide insights on customer needs and market demands.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
