Job Title: Technical / Mechanical / General Maintenance Technician

Location: DUBAI

Salary: AED 7,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and machinery to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Perform minor repairs across plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical components, and general building maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage for accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent vocational training and certifications in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing fields.
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
