Thera Ladies Fitness Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to lead empowering and transformative yoga sessions for our members. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, as well as experience in Meditation, Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Meditation, and Mantra Chanting. She should be dedicated to promoting holistic well-being in a supportive, women-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and private yoga sessions in various styles, including:
- Aerial Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
- Iyengar Yoga
- Ashtanga Yoga
- Guide members through mindfulness and relaxation practices such as:
- Meditation
- Singing Bowl Meditation
- Sound Healing
- Mantra Chanting
- Create class sequences tailored to clients’ needs and fitness levels
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and respectful studio environment
- Provide physical and verbal adjustments and modifications for all levels
- Offer wellness guidance and promote the studio’s holistic philosophy
- Collaborate with the team to organize wellness workshops and events
- Ensure the studio is clean, safe, and prepared before every session
- Maintain attendance records and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
- Certified Yoga Instructor with credentials in Aerial Yoga and at least 2 other mentioned styles
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (ladies-only studio experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
- Experience with meditation techniques, sound healing, and chanting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Passionate about women’s wellness and holistic health
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
