Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
– Provide information about hotel facilities and services
– Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
– Process reservations and cancellations accurately
– Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Strong problem-solving skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
