  • Design and promote activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue.
  • Advertise and promote the center to increase usage, which may include commissioning and considering market research
  • Maintain high levels of customer standard, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users.
  • Priorities target activities and user groups, especially in local authority centers.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff, including managing staff rotation.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Carry out health and safety checks on the equipment and site survey.
  • Handle complaints and incidents, such as accidents, emergencies or theft.
  • Ensure own and staff members’ first aid training is up to date.
  • Prepare Annual budgets and generate income.
  • Cash up and keep stock record.
  • Represent Flare in Challenges, special programing and events.
  • Monitor Operation wise meetings, to achieve let team achieve the target.
  • Organizing Promotion events and communicating directly with customers.
  • Coordinate with Finance for purchase equipment and supplies.
  • Write monthly or weekly reports and prepare cash projections for centre owners or more senior management.
  • Responsible for Head Coach’s centre operations sales and technical concepts into business objectives.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle from planning and business requirements gathering through user acceptance testing, deployment and ongoing support.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • To ensure team members have current knowledge of the booking systems, meeting rooms, site facilities, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
  • Assembles and summarizes information as required.
  • Prepares charts, graphs and tables for presentation or inclusion in reports & KPI’s.
  • Develop and oversee processes and procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle associate grievances, complaints, and questions in a prompt manner. Involve human. resources when necessary to handle sensitive situations and complaints.
  • Planning and managing daily operations, security and maintenance.
  • Supervise Call Centre Team / Receptionist and provide them with the training and direction they need to meet company and personal expectations.
  • Resolve customer complaints or problems.
  • Responsible for resolving problems and complaints very quickly.
  • Direct, supervise and assist with event marketing, preparation and cleanup.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality.
  • keeps track of their attendance and delegates work to specific people.
