Job Description:

As a Data Developer, your role will be to develop and maintain data-driven solutions that support the organization’s data management and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, databases, and data integration processes. Your responsibilities will include data modeling, ETL development, data validation, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models, databases, and data warehouses to support data management and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient and accurate data integration.
• Implement data integration and data transformation logic using scripting languages or ETL tools.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Optimize database performance and query optimization techniques for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and processes, identifying and resolving data-related issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure proper data ingestion and integration from various sources.
• Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand data analysis requirements and provide necessary data support.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data management and data integration.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
