Job Description:

As a Lead Business Intelligence, your role will be to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their reporting and analytical requirements and lead a team of BI professionals to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing data models, ensuring data integrity, and driving the strategic use of BI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Lead a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Design and develop data models, data warehouses, and multidimensional databases to support reporting and analytics.
• Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and ease of use.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data extraction and integration.
• Design and implement data visualization dashboards, reports, and ad hoc queries using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-making purposes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance processes and conducting data validation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end users to promote self-service reporting and data exploration.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
