  • Filling up insurance forms and attending to clients’ needs.
  • Filling up the financial report at the end of the day and sharing it with accounting.
  • Liaising, assisting the social media company, and monitoring the progress of their work.
  • Managing alone daily office requirements, such as ordering supplies, organizing the office, and the cleaning service.
  • Managing the CEO’s personal expenses, bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Any other required admin task.
