Overview of the role:
- The primary focus of the role will be to manage F&I (Finance and Insurance) process and sales within the branch network.
What you will do:
- Ownership of end-to-end Finance and Insurance performance and results.
- Assisting with selling the maximum number of New and used vehicles.
- Optimize the sales of value-added products.
- Optimize the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
- Manage customer engagement.
- Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
- Manage documentation flow between hub staff and Finance and Insurance.
- Work with the Showroom Manager/Showroom supervisor to achieve all targets.
