Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the production of products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, recipes, and production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations, and train new team members on cake production techniques and safety protocols.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary production environment.
