<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The primary focus of the role will be to carry out the preparation of surface to rectify for minor dents by applying top stopper and handling it manually. </li>
</ul>

<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply primer and paint as per paint manufacturers’ information and restore the finish of old car by carrying out machine compounding and polishing.</li>
<li>Carry out all the jobs as per enclosed list for all the franchises and the involved list for all the franchises and the involved models, Honda, Volvo, CMC, GAC.</li>
<li>Carry out jobs to the manufacturer’s recommended levels of workmanship and standards and thereby to ensure that corrosion protection and durability of the car body is maintained to the designed standards.</li>
<li>Implement all relevant precautions and safety practices while carrying out the various body painting jobs. </li>
<li>Participate in toolbox talk meetings.</li>
<li>Comply with company QHSE rules and guidelines.</li>
<li>Undertake safety awareness trainings as provided by the company.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Required Skills to be successful:</b><br>
1.- Knowledge of painting within bodyshop.<br>
2.- Technical experience.<br>
3.- Automotive dealership experience. <br>
4.- Experience with conventional paint spray gun and knowledge of HVLP paint spray gun.</p>

<p><b>About the Team:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Service Manager and will closely with the bodyshop team.</li>
</ul>

<b>What equips you for the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering.</li>
<li>2 – 3 years of working as a painter in car paint bodyshop within automotive dealership</li>
<li>Experience with conventional paint spray gun.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVLP paint spray gun.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills Basic computer skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in English.<br>
