  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
  • Keep track of employee paperwork and help answer any questions
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and labor issues
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business administration or any related field
  • 2 to 4 years Experience in Same field
  • Saudi national
  • English Proficiency is a Must
