- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
- Keep track of employee paperwork and help answer any questions
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Support the management of disciplinary and labor issues
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business administration or any related field
- 2 to 4 years Experience in Same field
- Saudi national
- English Proficiency is a Must
