- Maintaining The Annual Training Report.
- Assisting HR Team with HR activities related to onboarding/offboarding, new employees’ probations, awarding prizes, preparation for occasions, as well as personnel documents requests.
- Evaluating training and development needs.
- Providing Training Solutions.
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
- Announcing to concerned departments the available training courses that matching their requirements.
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- To follow up with QHSE department for the QMS session and safety orientation of the new hires.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, forms, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
- Monitoring the attendance rate of MHI e-Learning program and report that to the Supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Supporting the Supervisor in the Appraisal report
- Supporting the team in arranging the occasions
- Arranging snacks for in-house trainings
