Cx Operation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX Operation Specialist to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will ensure our customers receive exceptional services and a positive experience while using our telecommunication products. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to improve processes and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement the customer support process to ensure that all customers receive timely, high quality and exceptional support
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints utilizing communication and problem-solving skills in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop, implement, and manage customer service policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience by utilizing customer feedback and data to improve products and processes
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer operations.
• Train and coach team members on policies, procedures, and best practices that ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.
