المسؤوليات:
تسجيل المعاملات المالية: الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة وحديثة، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، إدخالات دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتقارير المصروفات.
إدارة البنك والخزينة: الإشراف على حسابات الشركة البنكية والمصالحة المنتظمة. التعامل بكفاءة مع التدفقات النقدية، ومراقبة احتياجات السيولة، وإدارة العمليات المالية لتحسين استغلال الموارد المالية.
إدارة المخزون: المسؤول عن تتبع المخزون، وضمان التحكم السليم في المخزون، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون. التعاون مع الفرق ذات الصلة لإدارة مستويات المخزون بكفاءة.
تحليل تكاليف المشروع: تحليل تكاليف المشروع والمصروفات، ضمان توافقها مع الميزانية المخصصة والأهداف المالية المحددة. تقديم نصائح وتوصيات تتعلق بأداء المشروع المالي.
التقارير المالية: إعداد وتقديم تقارير مالية وبيانات مالية وتوقعات للإدارة. تقديم تحليلات مالية لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار.
الامتثال: ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية ذات الصلة والسياسات الداخلية.
العلاقات مع الموردين والعملاء: إدارة العلاقات المالية مع الموردين والعملاء، والتعامل مع معالجة المدفوعات والتعامل مع الاستفسارات المالية.
تحسين العمليات المستمر: تحديد مجالات تحسين العمليات ضمن وظائف المال والمحاسبة وتنفيذ الحلول لتعزيز الكفاءة والدقة.
دعم قرارات الإدارة: تقديم رؤى مالية وتوصيات تعتمد على البيانات لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية للشركة.
المهام المالية الإضافية: تنفيذ أي مهام مالية إضافية ومشاريع تكلفة عند تكليفها من قبل الإدارة.
المهارات :
القدرة المثبتة على التعامل مع الحسابات البنكية والعمليات المالية.
خبرة سابقة في إدارة المخزون وضمان التحكم الصحيح في المخزون.
المعرفة بالإجراءات المتعلقة بالامتثال والتزامات الالتزامات المالية ذات الصلة بصناعاتنا.
القدرة على تحليل وإدارة تكاليف المشروع بكفاءة.

Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
Bank and Treasury Management: Oversee the company’s bank accounts and perform regular reconciliations. Efficiently handle cash flow, monitor liquidity needs, and manage treasury operations to optimize financial resources.
Inventory Management: Take charge of inventory tracking, ensuring proper stock control, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. Collaborate with relevant teams to manage stock levels efficiently.
Project Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs and expenses, ensuring they align with the allocated budget and established financial targets. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project financial performance.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and forecasts to management. Offer financial insights to support decision-making processes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Vendor and Client Relations: Manage financial relationships with vendors and clients, handling payment processing and addressing financial inquiries.
Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting functions, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support Management Decisions: Offer financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Undertake any additional financial tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
Proven proficiency in handling bank accounts and treasury operations.
Previous experience in managing inventory and ensuring proper stock control.
Familiarity with relevant compliance procedures and financial regulations.
Ability to analyze and manage project costs efficiently.
