Designation: Client Service Executive
Reporting To: Operation Manager/ Division Manager/MD

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ability to prepare daily and monthly work schedules for 300 operation staffs.
• Identify problems during operations and areas for improvement in the process, to resolve them in a quickly and timely manner.
• Knowledge to prepare Quotation daily, monthly and yearly basis.
• Having knowledge in answering Phone calls.
• Having excellent customer service skills with good English communication. And Arabic is advantage.
• Knows how to identify and develop new customer to the company.
• Manage customers’ requirements.
• Speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
• Efficient in doing MS EXCEL, WORD AND OUTLOOK.
• Need staff who is work under pressure Situation.
• Maintain updated client contact records or other Client Management System. Document all client contacts and service work.
• Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, and ability to share & constantly learn new technology.
• Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients.
• Closely coordinate with operations for operational activities and work with them to achieve high level of operational efficiency.
• With Initiative and knows time management.

Maintenance Department:

Responsibilities:

• Follow up of offers issued by Project Manager;
• Follow up Client requirements;
• Technical staff scheduling.
• File all technical documents and drawings as per TBS Projects folders system;
• Alerting Project Manager and technical team about emergency and maintenance calls;
• Register each Client maintenance call requests and file each in TBS documents;
• Register for each maintenance activity the team in charge. Collect from Project Manager the forms;
• Follow TBS team Visa and accommodation issues with the HR manager;
• Ask and follow up suppliers documents and insurances;
• Follow up documents mails and Clients submission hard and soft copies;
• Send offers to Clients;
• Verify all the expenses request and send Executive Director, Finance and GM;
• Find suppliers and share the contacts of approved ones with PM;
• Register all the monthly expenses to share with finance DEPT;
• Take care of all TBS office stationery;
• Open new jobs (maintenance or new projects) and register them in TBS server ;
• Register and follow up all sent offers;
• Follow up of Contracts;
• Follow up TBS meeting schedule.
• Coordinate / Execute for all other tasks given by the management
• Maintaining the proper documents related to the service, clients (hard copy / softcopy).
