Job Description:

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in translating our clients’ visions into reality by overseeing the execution of interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will be an integral part of our collaborative team, working closely with designers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning goals and scope.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.
• Establish realistic timelines, track progress, and address delays.
• Conduct site inspection and rectify any quality control issues.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, minimize disruptions.
• Ensure on-site health and safety compliance.
