<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives and ensure and monitor technicians meet, utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.</li>
</ul>

<b>What you will do: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and assist in daily technician activity.</li>
<li>People management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician. </li>
<li>Conduct performance appraisal for reporting staff.</li>
<li>Maximize technician work identification. </li>
<li>Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practice.</li>
<li>Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.</li>
</ul>

<b>Required Skills to be successful:</b><br>
1.- Customer management.<br>
2.- Knowledge and working background in SAP system.<br>
3.- Good communication skills.<br>
4.- Supervisory experience. <br>

<b>About the Team:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and will closely with the Workshop team.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>What equips you for the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. as a Service Advisor.</li>
<li>Strong background in vehicle technical knowledge.</li>
</ul>
