KEY REQUIREMENTS

<ul>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Successfully completed a degree or professional qualification in marketing from a recognized institution. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>MBA would be an added advantage. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Minimum 7 years of experience in international marketing with exposure to export sales operations relating to the Tyre & Rubber industry. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and the proficiency in different languages would be highly advantageous. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Goal oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li>
</ul>

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Study the global market and conduct routine presentations to potential clients to achieve the budgeted export revenue. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Develop & grow AMW ‘Solid Tyre’ brand in global export marketplace. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Planning and implementing customer retention strategies and new customer development strategies for inquiry generation.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Possess fair knowledge and experience on operational marketing, global branding, visual merchandising, product development and supply chain.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Arranging frequent training and development programs for the sales department.</li>
