KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li style=”text-align:justify”>To manage an aftersales service location on a daily basis for smooth, efficient and profitable operation.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Ensuring output of top-quality work executed at maximum efficiency from the workshop.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Ensure courteous and professional handling of customers and guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Monitor the execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while increasing workshop efficiency. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Maintain safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of workshop.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Review employee performance on regular basis to develop staff and ensure team compliance with the service quality standards. </li>
