Job details:
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Visa & medical provided.
Schedule: 6 days a week/ 8am – 5pm
Years of Experience: 12+ Years
Start Date: ASAP
Language: Arabic speaking preferred.
Engineering Expertise:
1- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited university a relevant subject such as Architectural Engineering.
2- PMP or Equivalent Project Management certificate is preferred.
3- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualisation software. Revit is a must.
4- Must have an extensive experience in shop drawings production and review. The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
5- Experience in building / special features like water features, wooden features, and/or Playpods, 3D printing is a must.
6- Excellent organisational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
7- Experience and knowledgeable with complex geometries, modular and special architectural features is essential. Familiarity of Architectural Materials.
