We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic E-Commerce professionals who will be responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and in managing the SEO of Rotana website and web traffic. 
As an E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and revenue growth for our hotel. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of our digital presence, including our website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, social media management, and digital marketing, with photography and video editing skills being a significant plus.
Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and revenue growth for Beach Rotana Hotel.
Manage and optimize the hotel’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Create and implement effective social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to engage with our target audience and promote the hotel’s offerings.
Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing performance.
Oversee the hotel’s email marketing initiatives, including creating engaging content, managing subscriber lists, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals, including photography and videos, to be used across digital marketing channels.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the hotel remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Work closely with the sales and revenue management teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive direct bookings.
Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent online reputation management.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify the hotel’s digital marketing reach and build strategic partnerships.Job Details
