1. Technical support work related to the NovaStar products: feedback and
handling of onsite technical problems, technical consultation, service data
sorting/statistical analysis, customer return visits;
2. Responsible for the promotion of the NovaStar new products and new
technologies, and collect market demand and product optimization
suggestions;
3. On-site problem investigation and processing, defect identification and
feedback;
4.Responsible for the docking of customer customized projects and follow
up the progress of the R&D team, assist customers in joint debugging of
customer products; assist sales to maintain customer relationships, and
provide pre-sales program support;
5.Conducting product demonstration and technical training.
Based in Riyadh but no limitation on work places(within Riyadh) as long as candidate could fulfill job requirements and deal with related problems on time.
