Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Bartendress (Russian / German speakers) to join our team and provide excellent customer service while serving a wide range of beverages to our patrons. As a Bartender/Bartendress, you will be responsible for creating and serving unique cocktails, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Job Responsibilities:- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences- Provide menu recommendations and explain drink specials to customers- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an accurate drawer- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils- Adhere to all food safety and beverage laws and regulations- Monitor and manage inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery food when necessary- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environmentCandidate Requirements:- Previous experience working as a Bartender/Bartendress- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Good math skills and to handle cash transactions accurately- Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create unique and flavorful cocktails- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and organized bar area- Knowledge of food safety and beverage laws and regulationsJob Details
