We are looking for an Operation Manager for the Certification Business of a leading MNC.
The ideal candidate will have to do :
- Effective Auditor Management.
- Joint responsibility with sales in achieving P&L with maximizing revenue and reducing operational cost
- Ensure optimum distribution of workload and maximize auditor utilization.
- Monitor and control operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives to bring operational efficiency
- Liaise with sales team on regular basis
- Ensure lowest TAT possible
- Build strong relationship with client and provide customer excellence.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and strategic accounts
- Implementation of operations action plan in agreement with top management
- Monitoring of operational performance and counseling to team (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)
• Lead the payment collection process and ensure minimal outstanding on clients.
