Our client is a leading consulting organization and are looking at HR specialists strong in UAE labor laws.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulations.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain and follow up with expat residency to be renewed and up to date.
  • Assist Finance team to prepare the payroll monthly.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in UAE.
