Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and Food Beverage Manager to join our team at Onyx Arjaan and Residences by Rot in Manama, Bahrain. As the Food & Beverages Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.Job Responsibility:- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the food and beverage department.- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service.- Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service, delivering exceptional dining experiences, and resolving any customer complaints or concerns promptly.- Create and implement menu concepts, including the selection, pricing, and presentation of food and beverages, in line with the hotel’s standards and customer preferences.- Work closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure the timely of high-quality ingredients, beverages, and supplies.- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and wastage, while maintaining the highest levels of quality hygiene.- Train, develop, and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.- Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation. – Collaborate with other departments, as and marketing, to develop and implement promotions and events that enhance the food and beverage offerings drive.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Manager in a hotel or resort environment.- In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations and industry trends.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.-proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.- Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations and hygiene practices.- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Ability to work flexibly, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on business requirements.Job Details
