Having detailed meetings on the designated lounge’s Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests
Systematic monitoring of constantly served Food & Beverages
Providing good customer relations services and satisfactory responses to customer complaints/questions.
Being responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the salon and all service products
Being responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (preparation and presentation).
Keeping product operation and product deterioration to a minimum
Actively using sales techniques for the change of the subject and the income dimension
