  • Onsite job at our office located in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, Turkey.
  • Monday until Saturday from 9.00 AM until 5.30 PM.

 

Job description

As a Business Development Executive for a wholesale Raw Materials Trading Agency, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and open new markets within the MENA and other potential regions.

 

It requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex market dynamics, build lasting relationships, and effectively promote the company’s products and services, as well as develop emerging new projects.

 

Key Responsibilities (Reporting directly to GM)

Market Research and Analysis

– Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the MENA region.

– Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

– Explore potential of expanding the company’s offerings into areas that are closely connected or related to its current products and services.

 

Market Entry Strategy

– Develop and execute effective market entry strategies tailored to each target market within MENA.

– Identify key partners, distributors, and potential clients.

Long term Relationship Building with existing/New client

-Strong relationships with the decision-makers within the client organization

– Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

– Present new solutions and services. 

Sales and Business Growth

-Set targets for sales.

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.

Reputation Enhancement by Digital Promotion

– Develop the corporate identity and company image in digital platforms to enhance brand recognition and market visibility.

Reporting and Monitoring

– Provide regular reports and updates on market developments, sales progress, and challenges.

Compliance and Risk Management

– Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade laws, and export/import requirements.

– Identify and mitigate potential business risks.

Business Deal Sourcing

– Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.

– Study integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations by examining risks and potentials, and estimating partners’ needs and goals.

Travel

– Be prepared for regular travel/relocation within the MENA region to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore business opportunities.
