Job description:

As a Project Executive at Second Step, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of our business and IT projects.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in:

• Project management and a track record of successfully delivering new business initiatives within any organization.
• Digital marketing and social media management.

Work Conditions:

• Full time
• Onsite job at our office located in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, Turkey.
• Monday until Saturday from 9.00 AM until 5.30 PM.

 

Key Responsibilities (Reporting directly to BD):

1)     Lead, plan, and execute a variety of new business projects to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive growth in collaboration with management.

2)     Analyze financial data and prepare feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business ventures while ensuring compliance with company’s objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

3)     Identify risks and issues, and escalate them to management in a timely manner for resolution.

4)     Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing documented updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

5)     Stay abreast of changes in project management methodologies and tools, and recommend/implement new solutions as needed.

6)     Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

7)     Manage and grow our social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.

8)     Document the project’s creation, development, and execution.

9)     Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

10)  Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
