ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue and revise import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, certificates of origin, packing list, Commercial invoices, etc.
- Verification of all freight invoices;
- Performance evaluation and taking corrective action relevant to freight forwarders
- Daily follow-up for the details of all shipments;
- Daily follow-up for the purchasing orders from the date of placing till the date of delivery;
· Maintain import and export shipping records;
- Timely preparing of documentation, and preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments with suppliers;
· Generate reports as requested;
- · Perform other duties as requested.
