Job Description:
- Review construction plans and specifications to develop cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Prepare and monitor budgets for civil engineering projects as well as reports on project costs and progress.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors.
- Manage changes to construction plans and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
