Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Drafting: Use Revit software to create and develop architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings for various projects types.
- BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit till the LOD 300 or as per the PM instructions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to integrate architectural designs into multidisciplinary project plans.
- Quality Assurance: Review and quality-check drawings and models to ensure they meet design specifications, codes, and client requirements.
