1. إدارة جميع الإدارات في المصنع بكفاءة لضمان الالتزام بجدول الإنتاج الزمني وتحقيق الهدف وفقا لمتطلبات العملاء واعداد برامج وخطط الانتاج و الاشراف على تنفيذها.
2. مراقبة التخطيط يومياً لجدول الإنتاج اليومي وفقا للمتطلبات المنصوص عليها في تعليمات الشحن (SI).
3. متابعة برنامج تخطيط الإنتاج واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان تسليم المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف في الوقت المطلوب وذلك لتحقيق الحد الأدنى، إن لم يكن الصفر، من ساعات التوقف عن العمل.
4. إعادة الفحص والتدقيق مع مدير مراقبة الجودة لضمان أن المنتجات التي تم الانتهاء من تعبئتها تتطابق مع مواصفات الجودة لتعليمات الشحن (SI).
