Join our team as a Staff Pickup and Drop-off Driver and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our employees. As a Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off staff members, adhering to designated routes and schedules, and prioritizing passenger safety and comfort. Responsibilities:
Safely transport company employees to and from designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules.
Ensure that the vehicle is well-maintained and in proper working condition at all times.
Adhere to traffic and safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable and secure ride for passengers.
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling their belongings as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with passengers.
Communicate effectively with the company’s administrative team regarding any changes or updates to the transportation schedule.
Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.
Follow company policies and procedures related to transportation and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.
Punctuality and reliability in adhering to designated schedules.
Excellent navigational skills and the ability to use GPS and other navigation tools.
