Head of Key Account Management, India

On-Site – Dubai

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Independent Contractor for the role of Head of Key Account Management(India) to contribute to our company’s expansion in India. Your role is to lead a diverse team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement innovative sales tactics to achieve outstanding results and drive revenue growth. 

· Provide strong leadership by overseeing and guiding the sales team, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline, and

maintaining high-quality performance. 

· Communicate clear and ambitious goals to the sales team, inspiring them to exceed expectations and achieve their

full potential.

· Collaborate with the Head Office on sales-related matters, addressing any assigned tasks and providing insightful

recommendations. 

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business

expansion.

· Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets.

· Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results.

· Overview and control all employees, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline and quality.

· Solve any assigned tasks from Head Office regarding employees, tasks, legal or administrative issues, etc.

· Responsibility to prepare and follow up budget for the country.

· Ensure employees acting according to company code of ethics.

· Optimize the current expenses.

· Organize the efficient administrative work-flow that is fast and easy.

Requirements:

· Required language(s): English, Hindi, (Tamil as an advantage)

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Possess 3-4 years of proven managerial experience, showcasing your ability to lead and motivate a sales team

effectively. 

· Demonstrate expertise in building and managing high-performance sales teams and implementing successful sales

processes. 

· Display a strong and charismatic personality, with the capability to find compromise when necessary while

advocating your well-justified opinions. 

· Being able to communicate confidently in an international business environment. 

· Showcase experience in developing procedures, setting up KPIs, and maintaining effective sales processes to drive

team efficiency. 

· Embrace a positive attitude that fosters a collaborative and energetic work environment. 

· Possess exceptional multitasking skills, enabling you to handle diverse responsibilities and meet deadlines with

ease. 

· Show a high level of proactivity and initiative, taking ownership of challenges and proactively seeking opportunities

for growth and improvement.

· Ability to think outside the box.

· Candidate with Forex experience (Given 1st priority)

· Candidate with backgrounds in Fintech, Financial Services (Mandatory)

· Candidate must have exposure to the Indian Market (Mandatory)

· Candidate will be required to relocate to Dubai (U.A.E) if selected.
