HR Admin Executive – HIGO

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding.
• Oversee and accomplish administrative processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Administer benefits and compensation programs, including salary, insurance, and leave policies
• Maintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
• Report to management provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Process UAE entry permits and visas for employees and maintain the records.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
