Job Summary:The Assistant Director of Front Office is a key management position responsible overseeing ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department. This role requires excellent leadership and managerial skills to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity. English -German languages speaking is a must.Job Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Front Office in managing all aspects of the Front Office operations, guest check-in and check-out, concierge services, and guest services.- Supervise and train the Front Office team to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service.- Monitor the department’s performance by regularly reviewing guest feedback, operational reports, and financial statements.- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure consistent and seamless guest experiences throughout the property.- Handle guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them in a manner that exceeds guest expectations.- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures ensure guest satisfaction.- Assist in the recruitment selection, and onboarding of new Front Office team members.- Manage all budgets and controls to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.- Accurate reports related to the Front Office operations.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to the overall guest experience.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal, ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.- Strong leadership and problem-solving.- Detail-oriented exceptional skills.-Efficient in using hotel management software and other computer applications.- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards and regulations.- Fluent in English and German, with additional languages (preferably Russian) being advantageous.Job Details
