Maintenance Technician – Central Production Facility – Kuwait – Alshaya Group

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

Execution of PPM schedules and repair worksKnowledge of equipment and processes required in the engineering workplaceGeneral housekeeping and cleaning duties related to engineering practicesKnowledge of food manufacturing plant and operational requirementsReview and improvement of systems in conjunction with the managerEnsure all works are compliant with company SHEQ requirementsRecording and reporting on maintenance worksInventory of spares and record-keeping of used spare partsCapability to complete tasks without delay and supervisionThe capability of use of computer software such as Microsoft Office

Knowledge:

Health and SafetyMechanical and/or electrical systemsRecord keepingFault analysisBasic food hygiene and safety

Experience:

3-5 years experience in the food processing plant and equipment maintenance.Worked as part of a team.Supervisory experience and control of subordinates.Record and reporting.

Skills:

M&E training and must hold a recognized technical qualification or trade experienceUnderstanding of MEP equipmentH&SSupervision
