- Proven experience as a service Advisor
- Good knowledge in any automotive / Marine mechanical Field
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic
- Good customer management skills
- Able to understand and deal with the customer in a polite and patient manner
- Able to understand and help with customer queries regarding the services
- knowledge in computer databases and systems, Excel.
- 2 – 3 years experience in Automotive / Marine field
