This Board Role is required for one meeting a month for a large business conglomerate based in Saudi Arabia. This Non-Executive Director will be paramount in providing strategic insight in the group of companies. The preferred candidate will be strategically strong with a proven history of leading assets which out perform the market. Well rounded and mature our candidate will have experience optimizing all aspects of a business from back to middle to front office.
The Board Member will be expected to attend board meetings, provide insight to the company’s executive strategy, propose operational tactics and best in class methodologies, and maintain effective communications with the organization’s stakeholders. Although the role requires regular attendance at board meetings in Riyadh, some remote work is acceptable.
