Outlet Manager – ISMMART General Trading

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our team at ISMMART Fashionwear and ISMMART Sports. Specializing in a wide range of high-quality men’s and women’s fashion, as well as sportswear and sports equipment, we are committed to offering premium products to customers in Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all product lines.

 Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels for all categories.

 Lead the sales team in providing exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge, and assisting customers in finding the right fashion and sportswear or equipment.

 Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, upselling, and cross-selling strategies for all product categories.

 Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about all product lines and equipped to provide excellent service.

 Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

 Ensure the outlet is visually appealing, with displays that highlight the quality and features of the products in each category.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional displays and seasonal themes for all product lines.

 Implement effective inventory control measures for all product categories, including regular stock counts, tracking product trends, and managing returns or exchanges.

 Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies, including health, safety, and security measures for all product lines.
