About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases to relevant teams.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Handle various customer inquiries, including product information and order processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Achieve and surpass customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Capable of handling stressful situations calmly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Language:
Arabic as a native language (Required)
