Job Summary

Responsible for onboarding the New Customers and ensure that documents are in accordance with Regulations and Internal Policies.

Key Accountabilities

•   Receive the account opening forms with KYC supporting documents/ Receive the accounts processed in DAO.

•   Ensure that all documentation is in order as per Checklist.

•   Check processing of account is in order.

•   Ensure that all documents in the maker queue are in order.

•   Receive all reactivation requests from Front Office.

•   Ensure that the documents are in order and forward to Back Office for update/ activation.

•   Create a MIS to track the new accounts and reactivations.

•   For Margin Customers, ensure that portfolio is transferred and raise the margin memo accordingly.

•   For Margin Customers, ensure Blacklist and OOT clearance

•   Participate in UAT related activities with Digital Account Opening.
