Job Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive will lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Executive, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. He/She will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our travel services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel destinations, packages, and industry trends to effectively advise and sell travel packages.
  • Quota Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Travel Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations, visa requirements, and other travel-related information.
  • Market Research: Continuously assess market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
