Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager – Speciality Outlet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the speciality outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities.Job Responsibility:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the speciality outlet, including but not limited to employee supervision, inventory management, and budget control.- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently met or exceeded.- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.- Manage and monitor the speciality outlet’s financial performance, including budgeting, costing, and sales analysis.- Train, develop, and motivate the team to provide personalized and engaging customer experiences.- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative ideas and enhancements.- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and laws.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a hotel or high-end restaurant.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food preparation, menu creation, and beverage service.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.- Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.- Strong business acumen and financial awareness.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
